Commercial real estate
Commercial real estate is buildings, structures and non-residential premises intended primarily for conducting business activities. These are primarily business centers, offices, shops, factories, warehouses, hotels, service stations, etc. In this case, it is important to pay special attention to checking the functional purpose of the building and the land plot under it. What are the stages of concluding a purchase and sale agreement for an apartment, house, commercial real estate or land?

The seller, in addition to the contract, must also provide the buyer with the following documents: an extract from the State Property Registry/State Property Registry, a contract (under which the right of ownership of the property is acquired), a technical passport for the object (if available), certificates of absence of debt, personal documents to confirm the identity of the seller and the other spouse (if available).
