What are the stages of concluding a purchase and sale agreement for an apartment, house, commercial real estate or land?

The seller, in addition to the contract, must also provide the buyer with the following documents: an extract from the State Property Registry/State Property Registry, a contract (under which the right of ownership of the property is acquired), a technical passport for the object (if available), certificates of absence of debt, personal documents to confirm the identity of the seller and the other spouse (if available).
