determining the goals of the purchase (whether it will be commercial real estate or your personal housing);
opening a bank account in a local bank and transferring funds (you will need to take care of showing the sources of origin of the relevant funds in advance);
searching for a real estate object (you can do this either through the relevant websites or a realtor);
legal audit of the apartment, house and the seller (the absence of encumbrances, debts, compliance of the documents for the apartment with legislative requirements, etc. is checked);
drawing up the necessary documents (a notarized copy of the passport with a translation, personal identification number may be required) and the purchase and sale agreement;
certification and signing of the agreement by a notary, state registration of the person’s ownership of the apartment or house;
payment of services and commissions of specialists, taxes.
