Legalization of self-construction of a garage
According to Article 376 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, a structure, building or other immovable property falls under the category of unauthorized construction, if they are built or built:
- Without the corresponding document, allowing to perform the necessary construction works depending on the approved project.
- With significant violations of rules and building regulations.
- On a plot of land that is not intended for this purpose.
