A residential complex is a single real estate complex formed by a plot of land within the established limits. A residential apartment building or its part is located on such a plot of land together with engineering networks and structures that form a complete residential complex.

The date of acceptance of the residential complex into operation is the date of issuance of the Certificate or registration of the Declaration. Operation of objects that are not legalized is prohibited.

The term is 10 days from the appropriate appeal of the customer to the owners of the relevant elements of the engineering infrastructure.
