- Entering information about the new owner in the Land Register. The notary transmits the necessary information to the land court, which carries out the registration. The speed of registration depends on the speed of court work.
- Obtaining an extract from the Land Register. This stage is not mandatory, but this document is a proper confirmation of ownership, which will help in the future during the sale (rental) of real estate.
