Update of data in the Military Committee (TCC and JV)
Timely provision of up-to-date information ensures correct maintenance of military records and avoids liability. In this process, it is important to know what is needed to update the data, as well as what nuances need to be taken into account, especially in cases where the right to postponement or the presence of medical contraindications is involved.
Difference between “Update” and “Clarification”
Changes in the legislation of Ukraine regarding military registration require conscripts not only to register and withdraw in a timely manner, but also to clarify and update personal data. However, despite the similarity of these processes, they have significant differences that require understanding.
Data verification consists in checking and correcting certain personal information, such as surname, first name, patronymic, place of residence, contact details, telephone number and e-mail address.
Updating information is a more complex process that involves making changes to personal information, which includes, in particular, marital status, education, place of residence, presence of children, and other important aspects. If any of these characteristics change, the conscript must notify the TCC within seven days and make appropriate adjustments to his card.
Where and how to update/correct military registration information?
It is possible to update/correct data through the RESERV+ application.
To register in the RESERV+ system, you need to use BankID, selecting your bank and using Action.Signature. After logging in, it is necessary to confirm or update the personal data that will be displayed in the corresponding fields.
After updating the application, the following statuses may appear:
- On the record;
- To be clarified;
- Wanted;
- Deregistered;
- Unregistered.
In the application, it is possible to view some data of the “Oberig” electronic register (surname, first name, patronymic, registration type, date of birth, military rank, etc.). However, it is impossible to change it yourself – only authorized employees of the territorial center do it.
- TCC and JV;
To renew, men must have the following documents:
- Passport;
- TIN;
- Military registration document (if any);
- Medical documentation;
- Certificate of education;
- Driver’s license.
In the case of the right to deferment, you must take documents confirming this status, for example, certificates of family composition or guardianship.
Special attention should be paid to medical certificates. The VLK has access to the data in the Helsi system, but any medicinal materials not entered in the database must be brought.
- until July 17 in the Centers providing administrative services, but at the moment it is not available.
What to do if RESERVE+ says “wanted”?
If the “wanted” status appears in the Reserve+ application, you need to find out the reason, because it may actually be the result of a technical error or an incorrect entry. To resolve the situation, it is recommended to contact the Rezerv+ support service or directly to the TCC.
“Wanted” is indicated when a person has not appeared at the TCC or at the VLC within the prescribed period. However, due to the possibility of errors during the transfer of data from paper cards to the “Oberig” register, such cases are quite often false.
What to do if the information in RESERV+ does not correspond to reality?
If, during registration in RESERV+, the specified information does not match the data in the military ticket, it is necessary to take measures to correct it. Inconsistencies in the military registration document and the “Oberig” register may result in the document being invalidated during verification.
To correct errors, it is necessary to contact the TCC and SP at the place of registration. There they will help update the data in the register and bring them to agreement. This includes the information in columns 1-5, 13 and 14 of the military ticket.
