In this case, a project developed by an architect, documents on technical and author’s supervision, a technical passport, and a Declaration on the readiness of objects for commissioning are mandatory. The final stage is the registration of ownership of real estate.
Important: to divide the house into apartments, it must be decorated. Without a registered declaration, such a house will be considered self-built.
