In accordance with urban planning rules and restrictions, offenses in the field of urban planning activities entail the following responsibility: for objects of the class of consequences СС2 (this category includes, among other things, a property complex) – fines in the amount of 370 minimum subsistence incomes of citizens.

The result of putting the facility into operation is obtaining a Declaration/Certificate. Ownership of the construction object is registered in the State Register of Property Rights.
