Registration of ownership of an immovable property implies the entry of statements into the Register of Real Rights to Immovable Property. How long does it take to register a property title?

In accordance with the norms of the legislation, registration is carried out within five working days from the date of submission of the application to the state registrar or notary.

Also, the legislation provides for an accelerated procedure for entering statements into the register, which requires additional payment. There are several types of accelerated procedures for registering property rights: within two hours; within one day; within two working days.

How to get an extract from the register of real rights to real estate?
