Obtaining a building passport
If you want to carry out construction of an individual (homestead) residential, garden, cottage house not exceeding two floors (not including the attic) with an area of up to 500 square meters, outbuildings, structures, garages, elements of engineering protection and landscaping on the land plot you must obtain a building passport of the land plot.
The building passport is issued by an authorized body of town planning and architecture directly through administrative service centers and/or via the Single State Portal of Administrative Services.
To obtain a building passport the following documents are required:
- an application of the established form
- duly certified copy of the document certifying the right of ownership or use of the land plot.
- duly certified consent of co-owners of the land plot (residential building) for construction.
- sketch of the intention to build (location of buildings and structures on the land plot, facades, maximum height markings, distances to neighboring land plots)
- technical conditions for engineering provision are obtained by the customer independently and are included in the construction passport;
- construction project (if any);
- photos of the object;
- red lines of buildings M 1:2000;
- cadastral plot plan of M 1:2000;
- topographic survey of M 1: 500;
- scheme of development of the land plot (with the definition of the location of the planned objects of construction, indicating the planned accesses to buildings and structures; the distance from the object of construction to the streets (roads);
- distance from the object of construction to the border of the land; connection to utilities).
