Please note: the names of the new owners must match the information on the Certificate of Ownership.
Also, keep in mind that after the purchase of real estate has been completed, certain taxes will need to be paid (in particular, income tax or real estate tax).
What are the features of the apartment re-registration procedure?
To begin with, we note that all real estate objects require mandatory registration. Current information on this is contained in the State Register. Registration of property rights and re-registration of the apartment is carried out by a public or private notary and representatives of the Center for the provision of administrative services.
