When it comes to mobilized and reservists, the payment is 4% for each calendar month of service. At the same time, the amount must be at least 25% of the monthly salary. This legal norm is relevant for those military personnel who are called to serve during mobilization or in a special period.
What additional payments can a military personnel receive upon dismissal?
Additional payments upon dismissal include:
- compensation for annual leave that was not used (including previous years);
- compensation for unused additional leave for combat veterans (it provides for 14 days for each year of service);
- compensation for material property not received by military personnel.

What does the legislation say about the procedure for making payments?
To receive the specified payments, a serviceman must submit a report on dismissal to the unit commander. When the dismissal order already exists, it becomes the basis for the serviceman to receive payments. Therefore, it is necessary to contact the financial authority of the unit with this order.

In case of repeated dismissal, a one-time financial aid is paid for the period of service from the date of the last enlistment. Thus, the previous period is not counted. This applies to those situations when the right to this aid was not acquired during the previous dismissal.
