In connection with the introduction of martial law in Ukraine and in connection with the further consequences of this situation, it is important to pay attention to the peculiarities of obtaining permits for construction work during this period.
According to the current legislation, during the period of martial law and within one year after the termination or cancellation of martial law, in some cases, the possibility of not obtaining a construction passport may be applied. Instead, construction can be done based on a building plan.
It is important to note that this is a temporary measure aimed at simplifying and speeding up the process of obtaining permits during a difficult period for the country. However, it is necessary to comply with all other requirements and regulations regarding the safety of construction work, which remain unchanged.
In order to obtain a construction permit – “Notification”, you must also have a sketch of the building’s intentions.
What is a sketch of building intentions?
Development intentions are a small project that describes the preliminary planning, structural and architectural decisions of the object of construction or reconstruction.
It is important to note that the object must meet the following criteria:
- Object type: residential buildings with their own yard, garden and country houses, farm buildings, garages, as well as elements of landscape design and greening of the territory.
- Floor area of the object: up to 2 floors, not including the attic.
- The area of the object is up to 500 square meters.
