Legal assistant in the practice of military disputes, dismissal from military service, reservation employees for the period of mobilization, appealing the conclusion of the military medical commission, legal support for clients in the military commissariat
A conscript from Kiev contacted us with a request to “arrange a deferment from mobilization to care for one of his parents”.
An agreement on the provision of legal assistance was signed with the Client.
The Client expressed a desire for physical accompaniment of the lawyer to the TCC and JV, because the latter’s rights could be violated.
Our military registration lawyer analyzed the documents and grounds for deferment, explained the procedure, the terms for issuing a deferment, the algorithm of behavior in the DTCC and JV.
The Client had legal grounds for issuing a deferment from mobilization, namely: caring for one of his parents in the presence of a conclusion on the violation of bodily functions and an act on the implementation of care.
Our lawyer accompanied the client to the Pechersk DTCC and JV for the purpose of registration, received a referral for the MMC, received a paper military registration document, prepared an application for a deferment, in which our Client’s position was substantiated with references to regulatory and legal acts, added the necessary package of documents to it, accompanied the client when submitting an application to the Pechersk DTCC and JV and his registration. Later, we received a certificate of deferment from conscription for military service.
As a result, the Client received a positive response from the Pechersk DTCC and JV of Kiev, which noted that he was granted a deferment until the end of martial law, which could then be automatically extended in Reserve+.
