Case: A conscript who was detained by the police was released from the TCC and JV
A Client from Kiev contacted us with the problem of “forced detention of a conscript and coercion to undergo a military medical commission.”
The Client had legal grounds for obtaining a deferment from mobilization, namely the fact that one of the parents had a Group 2 disability.
An agreement on the provision of legal assistance was signed with the Client.
The Client expressed a desire to be accompanied to the TCC and JV by, because the latter’s rights were violated.
The lawyer prepared an application for a deferment, in which our Client’s position was substantiated with references to regulatory and legal acts, the necessary package of documents was added to it, an urgent visit was made to the TCC where the client was registered, and the application for a deferment was submitted and registered.
After filing documents for a deferment, lawyer held negotiations with representatives of the Shevchenkivskyi TCC and JV, as a result of which the client was released from the TTC and JV.
Once again, we cannot stop emphasizing: if you have a reason for a deferment, it must be documented at the TCC! If you do not do this, you may be mobilized!
