As a result, after updating the personal data and passing the VLK, the Client received a certificate from the Zhytomyr OMTCC and the SP, which stated the granting of a deferment from conscription for military service during mobilization for a special period on the basis of Clause 2, Part 3, Art. . 23 of the Law of Ukraine “On Mobilization Training and Mobilization” until November 9, 2024.
