The Company applied to the company “Prikhodko & Partners” with a request regarding the possibility of confirming the status of a critical enterprise of the fuel and energy complex and obtaining a 100% quota for booking employees.

A lawyer practicing military law, during the initial consultation, it was established that the Company attempted to confirm the status three times, but received an oral refusal from the Ministry for all applications.

In order to establish the grounds for the refusal and the further possibility of confirming the status, the following were analyzed in detail:

  1. submitted applications and supporting documents;
  2. previous decisions of the Ministry of Energy;
  3. the business and economic activities of the enterprise;
  4. current (contracts) agreements with system-forming enterprises of the fuel and energy complex;
  5. available letters from fuel and energy enterprises;
  6. submitted tax reporting for the relevant period;
  7. the presence of arrears in taxes to the state and local budgets and a single contribution to mandatory state social insurance;
  8. the number of employees and the accrued average salary of insured persons – employees.

Confirmation of the status of a critically important enterprise of the fuel and energy complex Based on the results of the initial consultation and the analysis of the actual activities of the Company for compliance with the “CRITERIA AND PROCEDURE” approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated January 27, 2023 № 76 and additional requirements of the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine, a strategy for further actions was developed and an Agreement on the provision of legal assistance was signed.

The lawyer of the company “Prikhodko & Partners”, in order to confirm the status of a critically important enterprise of the fuel and energy complex for the functioning of the economy and ensuring the life of the population during a special period with the inclusion of information in the Unified List for the reservation of military personnel-workers and ultimate beneficial owners, was confirmed. to the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine.

After forming the application and an exhaustive list of supporting documents, a personal submission was made to the Ministry.

 

As a result, the Ministry of Energy of Ukraine made a positive decision to confirm the status of a critically important enterprise of the fuel and energy complex for the functioning of the economy and ensuring the life of the population in a special period with the inclusion of information in the “Unified List”.

This decision, in addition to confirming the status, additionally allows the Company to book 100% of military-liable employees through the Diia Portal.
