A conscript from Kyiv contacted us with a request to “issue a postponement from mobilization on the basis of obtaining a higher education.”

The Client had legal grounds for issuing a postponement of mobilization, namely, a higher education student who studies on a full-time basis, which is higher than the previously obtained level of education in the sequence.

Our military lawyer Artem Brodyuk appointed a consultation for the Client. At the consultation, the documents and reasons for the postponement were analyzed. The lawyer on military law explained the procedure, the terms of the postponement, the algorithm of behavior in the Military Commissariat.

An agreement on the provision of legal assistance was signed with the Client.

As a result, the Client received a positive response from the TCC and the JV, in which it was stated that he was granted a reprieve until the end of martial law.
