- economic activities of the Company carried out in the territory of the Dnipropetrovsk region and throughout the territory of Ukraine;
- economic indicators for the last reporting period and the volume of annual income;
- current and already executed contracts (agreements);

Based on the results of the initial consultation and the analysis of the company’s activities for compliance with the “Criteria & Procedure” approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated January 27, 2023 № 76, and the “Criteria by which enterprises, institutions, and organizations that are important for meeting the needs of the territorial community of the Dnipropetrovsk region in a special period are determined”, approved by the Order of the Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration dated January 3, 2025 № 3/0/527-25, a strategy for further actions was developed and advisory advice was given on the need to take measures to comply with the above criteria.
A lawyer of the company “Prikhodko & Partners”, in order to determine the Company as one that is important for meeting the needs of the territorial community of the Dnipropetrovsk region and critically important for the functioning of the economy and ensuring the life of the population during a special period with their inclusion in the Unified List for the reservation of military personnel-workers, formed a complete package of supporting documents and prepared a legally sound appeal to the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration.
After the appeal and a complete list of supporting documents were formed, a package of documents was submitted to determine the enterprise as critical.
In order to exercise control over the stages of consideration, the formation of an order and the prompt entry of information into the Unified List for the possibility of booking using the Diia Portal, a lawyer prepared an attorney’s request.
As a result, the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration responded with a decision to define the Company as critically important for the functioning of the economy and ensuring the life of the population during a special period with supporting documents (Order of the Chief of the Regional Military Administration, Appendix to the order) and the inclusion of information about the Company in the “Unified List” with the possibility of booking employees using the Diia Portal.
