Pensions are subject to recalculation, which, according to the mentioned Law, were assigned before March 01, 2018 to all categories of persons listed in the list, except for pensioners from the Ministry of Internal Affairs (police).
As for pensioners from the Ministry of Internal Affairs, pensions are subject to recalculation from January 1, 2016. The recalculation is made for equivalent positions according to the size of the police officer’s support.
The current legislation regulates this issue in detail. At the same time, in addition to all the listed legal acts, the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of November 11, 2015 № 988 “On the monetary allowance of the policemen of the National Police” plays a significant role.

- territorial recruitment and social support centers (military registration and enlistment offices);
