Conditions for obtaining the status of a critically important enterprise
The procedure for recognizing an enterprise as critically important includes several stages:
- Application submission
The company must submit an application to the relevant government authorities. The application must contain justification explaining why the enterprise should receive such a status.
Documents should include information on production capacity, financial stability, strategic importance and social significance.
- Evaluation of the application
State bodies evaluate the submitted application. This includes analyzing the information provided, conducting audits and consulting with relevant experts.
- Making a decision
Based on the assessment of the application, a decision is made to grant or deny the status of a critically important enterprise. In case of a positive decision, the company receives a corresponding certificate.
Employee booking process
One of the key benefits of critical enterprise status is the ability to book employees. This means that some employees may be released from mobilization or other duties in the ranks of the Armed Forces.

- List view
After identifying key employees, the company submits the list to the relevant government authorities for approval. The list should indicate the positions, functions and justification of the importance of each employee.
- Evaluation and approval of the list
State bodies evaluate the submitted list and make a decision on approving or rejecting the reservation of employees.
- Receiving confirmation
In case of a positive decision, the company receives a confirmation of the employee’s reservation. This allows them to remain at their workplaces without being involved in the ranks of the Armed Forces.
