Basis for deferment

Preparation of a package of documents for the Kyiv City TCC and JV
In accordance with the requirements of current legislation and Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers № 560, the following was prepared:
application for a deferment;
act on the implementation of permanent care;
MAC report;
family composition documents;
the client’s military registration documents.

Receiving a decision and updating data
After reviewing the submitted documents, the Kyiv TCC and JV decided to grant Oleg a deferment from mobilization.
