The Government Resolution № 650 dated June 5, 2024 approves the Procedure for booking persons liable for military service during martial law by means of the Unified State Web Portal of Electronic Services (Diia).

As for the booking procedure, it follows the following algorithm:
- You need to be identified and authenticated on the portal.

If the result of the verification is positive, the person liable for military service is automatically transferred to a special registration. Recent legislative changes have stipulated that only persons liable for military service who are registered for special military service can receive a deferral from mobilization on the basis of a reservation.

On the one hand, booking through the Diia portal makes it possible to apply for a deferment without even leaving home if a person works at an enterprise, institution or organization that is considered to be critical.
