What did the client ask “Prіkhodko and Partners”?

Note that the client has a persistent illness that has been progressing for two years without improvement. However, the client, having applied to the treating physician with a request to submit documents for an assessment conducted by expert teams to assess the daily functioning of a person to establish disability, was refused.

The doctor explained that the patient’s existing illnesses do not provide grounds for disability. Moreover, it is necessary to be repeatedly hospitalized to have a basis for referral for assessment.

  • collected all the necessary documents to initiate a commission to assess the daily functioning of the person and submitted information to the healthcare institution, which approved the list of doctors who have the right to conduct the assessment.

After the healthcare institution received an electronic referral in the electronic system, such a referral was reviewed by the administrator of the healthcare institution, who is an authorized person of the healthcare institution in which the expert team was created.

The administrator checked the completeness of the information provided and informed the patient about the form, date and time of consideration of the medical case by sending a notification letter to the client’s email address.
