The discharged serviceman turned to the lawyers of the Prykhodko and partners company with a request to provide support during the “establishment of a causal link between diseases and the Defense of the Motherland.”

The client made this request to the Central Military Medical Commission but was refused.

Reasoning for refusal: the need to provide properly certified medical documents, which reflect his request for medical help after receiving an injury during the Defense of the Motherland.

However, the serviceman’s repeated appeals to medical institutions with a request to provide documents were in vain.
