The buyer has the right to demand to lower the price to eliminate the shortcomings of the goods or services within a reasonable time or to reimburse the costs of eliminating such shortcomings.

VIOLATION OF CONSUMER RIGHTS

If the appeal to the State Food and Consumer Services does not give the expected results, it will be necessary to file a lawsuit to protect the rights of the consumer in court, involving the State Food and Consumer Service as a third party. In addition, if you go to court, you will have the right to claim compensation for non-pecuniary damage.

WHAT DOCUMENTS SHOULD BE ADDED TO THE COMPLAINTS AND / OR THE CLAIM FOR THE PROTECTION OF CONSUMER RIGHTS?

• A copy of the appeal to the business entity (seller)
• A copy of the response to such a request;
• A copy of the document certifying the fact of purchase of the goods;
• A copy of the technical passport with a mark on the date of sale;
• Other documents related to the consideration of the appeal.

WHAT CAN A CONSUMER RIGHTS LAWYER DO?

Legal protection of consumer rights consists in the following actions:

1. Appeal to the entrepreneur with applications for exchange of goods or termination of the contract of sale and receipt of the answer (can classes from a week to one month)
