Case: A visa to Great Britain was issued under the Homes for Ukraine program

What was the essence of the appeal?
So, the client’s request was aimed at obtaining assistance in obtaining a visa to Great Britain as part of the “Homes for Ukraine” program. Our client left Ukraine at the beginning of a full-scale war. At the time of contacting us, she was living in Germany, using temporary protection. In order to apply for a visa, she additionally needed a sponsor and his approval by authorized persons.
