How to get a foreign passport in Italy?

- a Ukrainian citizen’s internal passport;
- a certificate of tax identification number, if the applicant holds a booklet passport;
- a birth certificate for children and, if there is a foreign element, a certificate of registration as a Ukrainian citizen.
An additional document for men abroad aged 18 to 60 is an electronic military registration document generated through the “Reserve+” application or the Diya portal.
What to do if it is impossible to generate a military registration document?
There are situations when the “Oberig” registry lacks the necessary information about an individual, resulting in problems generating military registration documents through “Reserve+.” This poses a problem, as only representatives of the TCC and JV are authorized to make changes to this database. Therefore, if a conscript travels to Ukraine to resolve this issue on-site, they will not be able to travel from there to their permanent place of residence abroad.
