Ukrainians can enter with a biometric passport (within 90 days) or obtain a national visa. After arrival, you must apply for Digital Nomad status within 3 months.

You must prepare a police clearance certificate, medical insurance, a Cyprus residential lease agreement (certified by a Mukhtar), and bank statements for the last 6 months.
Stage 3: Submitting the Application to the Civil Registry and Migration Department (CRMD)

Stage 4: Waiting and Receiving the Card (Pink Slip)
