- Long-term EU Resident Status (Dlhodobý pobyt). This is the most common and accessible path for economic migrants. It can be obtained by persons who have legally and continuously resided in Slovakia on the basis of a temporary residence permit (TR/Prechodný pobyt) for 5 years.
