Specializing in migration law - processing documents on the territory of Ukraine, European Union countries (Poland, Italy, Spain, Hungary, Romania), providing visa assistance for Ukrainian citizens and foreigners.
Migration law is a priority area of our legal practice. We regularly handle complex cases involving the legalization of Ukrainians abroad and share real-life cases to demonstrate how our team helps clients achieve their desired results.
At the time of contacting us, the client was in Poland. He had previously held a UK tourist visa but decided to change his visa and move to the UK legally.
After a detailed consultation, the choice was made in favor of the Sponsorship Scheme (Homes for Ukraine).
The client had a clear goal: to legally relocate and establish himself in the UK. The main challenge was the lack of a sponsor, without whom participation in the program would have been impossible.
We analyzed the client’s situation and developed a customized support strategy.
Our team helped:
properly prepare the document package;
prepare confirmation of the client’s stay in Ukraine during the period specified by the program rules;
minimize the risk of refusal.
We then selected and attracted a sponsor, which allowed us to move on to the active phase of visa processing.
What happened next?
After collecting the complete package of documents, the official application process began:
August 5, 2025 — Application for participation in the program submitted;
August 6, 2025 — Appointment made at the Warsaw visa center;
the client received an official invitation letter to submit biometric data.
The case review lasted almost two months. During this time, we maintained constant communication with the relevant authorities and submitted additional inquiries.
Case result
On 10 October 2025, a positive decision was received. The client was granted entry into the UK for the period from 9 October 2025 to 9 April 2027.
After this the client:
received passport with a visa affixed to my visa;
successfully crossed the UK border;
upon arrival, we supported the e-Visa application process online through the UK’s official website.
