Our company received a request from the Client to obtain a tourist visa to the USA and assess the chances of obtaining a visa. To analyze the case, the Client is provided with a questionnaire template to fill out.
After the analysis, the lawyer found that the Client has a sibling who is currently in the USA on the basis of the Uniting for Ukraine program, the Client’s travel history is not extensive enough, mainly only in EU countries. The Client has official employment and an active media history in Ukraine.
Also important information to provide is the availability of real estate and actively used bank accounts in Ukraine.
The Client, who contacted us, did not have, at the time of the application, movable and immovable property in Ukraine, but she actively used accounts in Ukrainian banks, therefore all relevant confirmations were provided and added to the questionnaire.
The first stage of the work is to book a date for submission, pay the consular fee and plan the Client’s travel for an interview at a US consulate abroad (to correctly fill in the data on the date of travel, place of stay, plan, etc. in the questionnaire).
