Client – The Defendant in the case applied to the law company “Prykhodko and Partners” with a request to protect his interests in the case regarding the recognition of the apartment donation agreement as fictitious, the recognition of the Plaintiff’s ownership right to a part of the apartment by legal succession.
The Client’s goal was to protect his already acquired inheritance rights regarding real estate, namely – 1/2 share of the apartment that was previously donated to the testator.
Instead, the Plaintiff believed that he had the right to inherit the entire apartment and provided his arguments, which, in his opinion, confirmed this.
