Who issues the certificate

Depending on the purpose of obtaining, a certificate of child maintenance by the stepfather can be issued:

local self-government bodies (executive committees of village, settlement or city councils);
social services – in cases of assigning social assistance;
court – in the form of establishing the legal fact of maintenance (for example, in inheritance disputes).
