Legislation

  1. The Law of Ukraine “On Education,” which guarantees graduates’ right to receive a duplicate copy of a document in the event of its loss;
  2. Order of the Ministry of Education and Science № 811 on the procedure for producing duplicates;
  3. The 1961 Hague Convention (for affixing an apostille) or consular regulations (if the country is not a party to the Convention).
