In February 2024, the company was contacted by a Chinese citizen who already had a business in Ukraine and intended to expand his activities and focus on investment activities in Ukraine. At the same time, he had a temporary residence permit in Ukraine based on employment and for the past 4 years had been successfully implementing his intentions in the chosen business direction. Accordingly, a strategy and action plan were proposed for the Client towards obtaining a permanent residence permit in Ukraine based on investment activities.
Stages of work
Meeting. Conducting a preliminary analysis of documents. After a thorough check of the client’s information in the databases of the State Migration Service and the State Border Service of Ukraine, a meeting was scheduled. During the first meeting, a number of issues were discussed aimed at achieving the goal of obtaining a permanent residence permit based on investment activities.
