What is the maximum period determined for identification?

Identification of a person involves certain time frames. It should not be held longer than 2 months. The result of this procedure is recorded in the Conclusion, the form of which is prescribed by the current legislation of Ukraine.
If the representatives of the migration service failed to establish the identity, it can be done in court. It is necessary to submit an application to establish a fact that has legal significance. The application states that it is necessary to issue documents that will prove identity and confirm Ukrainian citizenship. Such an application is submitted to a local court of general jurisdiction.
