Stages of work (step by step)
1️⃣ Consultation with the client: assessment of the personal situation of the foreigner; explanation of official employment requirements, document requirements, and deadlines; coordination of subsequent actions with the employer.
2️⃣ Preparing an employment contract: drafting and formalizing an employment contract between an employer and a foreign national; verifying the accuracy of the wording in accordance with legal requirements; coordinating provisions on remuneration, working conditions, and the responsibilities of the parties.
3️⃣ Work permit processing: based on the draft employment contract, a package of documents was prepared for submission to the employment center; the work permit processing period was up to seven business days; a work permit valid for one year was obtained.
4️⃣ Assistance in obtaining a temporary residence permit: after receiving a work permit, a package of documents for the State Migration Service (SMS) is prepared on behalf of the foreigner, along with a corresponding submission from the employer; a date and time for an interview at the SMS are agreed upon; and the client is accompanied during the interview.
During the interview, the client successfully confirmed his intentions to stay and work in Ukraine thanks to our high-quality preparation and support.
Result
A foreigner received a temporary residence permit for one year;
The reason for this was employment in Ukraine;
A satisfied client with legal rights to reside and work in Ukraine.
