- validity period. This condition determines the period during which the lessee has the right to use the vehicle, and is established by agreement of the parties. There is no clear limitation in the law on the maximum lease term for transport;
- rent. In this paragraph, it is important to clearly determine the amount for the use of the vehicle, the terms and methods of payment. This condition may be revised by agreement of the parties during the time of their interaction;
- conditions for the use and return of the vehicle. Regarding the latter, it is especially important to clearly regulate in what condition the vehicle must be returned to the lessor after the expiration of the agreement or its termination;
- the responsibility of the parties and actions that should be considered a violation of the agreement. Here it will be important to provide for the amount of fines and other sanctions for the violator. Special attention should be paid to the description of the terms of the agreement regarding force majeure circumstances for a proper balance of interests of both parties to the agreements.

Documents required for concluding an agreement
Concluding an agreement requires careful preparation of documentation, the list of which may depend on various factors. It can be summarized as follows:
- documents confirming the legal and capacity of the parties (since these are entrepreneurs, an extract from the register with the state registration number and official status will be required);
