In order to perform construction works of a certain level of complexity, the enterprise must have on its staff specialists of appropriate qualifications. Usually these are engineers, architects, technicians who have the appropriate education, work experience and certificates.
- Availability of the necessary technical base
The enterprise must have a sufficient material and technical base for carrying out construction work: special equipment, equipment, tools, as well as provide conditions for safe performance of work.
- Compliance with legal requirements
The business entity must comply with regulations in the field of labor protection, environmental safety, technical regulation, etc.
- Work experience
In order to obtain a license for complex objects (SS3), it is required to have experience in performing work on similar objects.
Necessary documents for obtaining a building license
The procedure for obtaining a license requires submission of the appropriate package of documents to the licensing body (State Architectural and Building Inspection of Ukraine or other authorized bodies).
Among the main documents:
- Application for obtaining a license. This is a standard form that must be filled out with information about the applicant and the types of work to be performed.
- Copies of founding documents. If the applicant is a legal entity, it is necessary to submit copies of the charter, registration certificate or extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs.
- Copies of documents on the qualifications of employees. Copies of diplomas, certificates, documents confirming the education and experience of the workers involved in construction work are attached to the license file.
- List of equipment and machinery. Information is provided on the availability of the necessary material resources to perform the works specified in the application.
- Documents on ownership or lease of industrial premises. The enterprise must confirm the availability of production areas where equipment will be stored and preparatory work will be carried out.
- Information on previous work experience. For a license for objects of the CC3 category, it is necessary to provide information about previously completed similar projects.
- State tax payment receipt. Issuance of a license is accompanied by mandatory payment of state duty.
Terms of obtaining a construction license
The terms of obtaining a license may vary depending on the complexity of the object and the correctness of the submitted documents.
Usually, the licensing procedure includes several stages:
- Preparation of documents. This is one of the longest stages, which can take from several weeks to several months, depending on the availability of all the necessary data and documents.
- Submission of documents to the licensing authority. After submitting the application and documents, their review may take up to 10 working days.
- Making a decision and issuing a license. If all requirements are met, the license can be issued within 30 working days from the moment of submission of documents. If additional consideration is necessary, this term may be extended.
