Oleksiy Panasenko, a lawyer from the “Prikhodko and Partners” law office, managed to conclude an agreement on the recognition of the guilt of a serviceman of the Armed Forces of Ukraine under Part 4 of Art. 402 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

Relatives of a serviceman detained by the Security Intelligence Service for disobedience/refusal to comply with an order turned to the lawyer’s office.

The main request of the clients was the minimization of the severity of the punishment that a serviceman can suffer for committing a criminal offense provided for in Part 4 of Art. 402 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

At the time of the lawyer’s entry into the case, the client was charged with disobedience under martial law. The client was threatened with punishment in the form of actual deprivation of liberty for a term of 5 to 10 years.
