Repeat Client Application after a successfully implemented grant project

In 2024, our team had already supported this client in obtaining a grant from EU4Business in the amount of €10,000 for a business preparing to enter the international market.

The grant project was successfully implemented, and in March 2026, the client contacted us again with a new request: the business planned to expand production and needed additional equipment.

Our task was not only to prepare the application but also to select the optimal grant program for the enterprise’s real goals, correctly structure the project, prepare the documents, and guide the client through all stages of approval.

Client request

The client planned to expand production capacity and purchase additional equipment for the development of the enterprise.

After analyzing possible financing options, we suggested participation in a state grant program for processing industry enterprises with the possibility of receiving funding up to 8 million UAH.

This program best met the client’s needs, as it allowed for attracting a significant amount of grant funds specifically for production development and equipment purchase.

What we did

Our team quickly got involved and provided full support to the client:

  1. analyzed the business, the need for equipment, and compliance with the program conditions;
  2. selected the optimal grant program;
  3. agreed on cooperation terms with the client;
  4. prepared the necessary materials for submitting the application;
  5. formed and submitted the application through the “Diia” portal;
  6. supported communication with the bank and responsible authorities;
  7. prepared the client for the interview;
  8. assisted at the stage of submitting additional documents;
  9. supported the process of opening an account, depositing the client’s own share, and receiving the grant funds.

Project Timeline

  • March 18, 2026 — signed an agreement with the client and started work on the grant project.
  • March 26, 2026 — submitted the application on the “Diia” portal.
  • April 2, 2026 — received a request for a package of documents, after which the enterprise inspection took place and an interview was scheduled.
  • April 7, 2026 — the client successfully passed the interview.

After this, we awaited a decision, however, on April 22, 2026, the employment center contacted us and informed us that the application had been transferred to them for further consideration.

The client resubmitted the necessary documents, held a meeting with representatives of the employment center, and subsequently received a positive decision.

May 12, 2026 — the client received a letter confirming successful grant approval.

Following this, the enterprise opened a special account, deposited its own co-financing share, and already on June 2, 2026, the grant funds were credited to the enterprise’s account.

As of today, the equipment has already been successfully ordered.

Result

The client received grant approval for production development and attracted financing for the purchase of additional equipment.

This case is an example of how a properly selected grant program, high-quality document preparation, and professional support at every stage allow a business to attract significant funds for scaling.

It is especially important that this was a repeat client application: after the successful implementation of the EU4Business grant in 2024, they once again entrusted our team with supporting a new grant project — this time for a significantly larger amount of funding.
