The client Mykola turned to us for help in receiving a grant for a processing enterprise of up to 8 million hryvnias. Mykola has 20 years of business experience in various fields and planned to open a new direction – sorting and processing of secondary raw materials, in order to later manufacture paper – the basis.
To open an enterprise, you need to purchase equipment – a paper machine, which costs UAH 5,985,000. Our client planned to open an enterprise in the Zaporizhzhia region, where the terms of the program were co-financing 80% – 20%.
Mykola primarily planned to use secondary raw materials for production in order to reduce the negative impact on the environment in the region.
For this purpose, he made reception points for secondary raw materials, and also concluded contracts with store chains, government institutions, offices, hospitals, and banks. Everything was ready for the opening of the enterprise.
Stages of work
We held a Zoom meeting with Mykola where we discussed everything to create a business plan, equipment and a package of documents required by the bank. We created a business plan with our team and sent it to the client for approval. After agreeing on all points regarding equipment and business, we submitted an application.
After checking the business reputation, the bank came to the enterprise where the equipment will be located and requested a certain package of documents.
After that, three weeks later, an order came that our client received a grant in the amount of UAH 4,788,000 and that he should open a separate account and make his own contribution within 10 days.
Mykola opened an account and three weeks later the grant funds arrived. Our client has successfully used the grant funds and is waiting for his equipment while the suppliers make the order.
