Case: Receiving a grant of 350 000 hryvnias under the “Vlasna sprava” program for the development of dentistry
In late 2025, client Anna contacted us with the goal of obtaining a grant under the ‘Vlasna Sprava’ program for the development of a dental business.
During the initial negotiations, we analyzed the situation and took into account that an increase in the grant amount was expected starting from the new year.
In this regard, a strategic decision was made to wait for the program renewal in order to apply under the updated terms and receive 350,000 UAH.
After the program launched, a technical issue arose in Diia—the system did not allow the full grant amount to be used for purchasing equipment. Given this, we did not rush to apply but waited until the error was resolved, in order to submit the application correctly and without risks for the client.
After the technical problem was fixed, we submitted the application on February 26. Subsequently, the client successfully passed the business reputation check, and on March 12, an interview took place, for which Anna was fully prepared thanks to our support.
Already on March 30, an official letter confirming the grant approval was received.
As of now, the grant account has been opened, and we are awaiting the crediting of the grant funds for the project’s further implementation.
Result:
Anna received grant approval for the development of her dental practice, and our support allowed us to correctly choose the timing of the submission, take into account the technical nuances of the program, and properly prepare for all stages of the application review.
