On June 17, 2024, our client Anastasia contacted us about receiving a grant in the amount of 250,000 hryvnias for opening her own fitness studio. Anastasia is an active fitness trainer and conducts individual and group jumping fitness classes.

Understanding the demand for this type of physical activity and its significant benefits for people who want to lead a healthy lifestyle, Anastasia decided to register an individual entrepreneur and open her own studio in the city of Kyiv.

Stages of work

We gave her an initial consultation on the terms of the grant program and our services, and on the same day, signed a cooperation agreement with her and provided her with a questionnaire to fill out.

On 06.28.2024, Anastasia finished filling out the questionnaire and sent it to us to develop a business plan.
In 10 days, we prepared a business plan for her project and began preparations for submitting a grant application: Anastasia registered the individual entrepreneur, received an extract, and formed a KEP.

On July 24, 2024, together with Anastasia, we submitted a grant application and a business plan in Diya over the phone. 7 days after the application, our client received an invitation to an interview with representatives from the Kyiv Employment Center. Together with her, we prepared for her by discussing the main issues.

On August 5, 2024, Anastasia successfully completed an interview via Zoom video conference and already received a positive decision on the grant on August 20, 2024.

Now, Anastasia is waiting 15 days for the allocation of grant funds to the special account she opened on September 3, 2024.
