Client Lyubov turned to us for help in obtaining a grant for a processing enterprise for 8,000,000 UAH. Lyubov had extensive experience in running a business in the field of stew production, pâtés and meat porridges.
The enterprise was located in the Kharkiv region and was suitable under the terms of the co-financing program 80% (state funds) to 20% (own funds). The client initially planned to purchase a line for the production of stew worth 6,000,000 UAH.
The enterprise had 7 employees and planned to additionally employ 14 people at an average wage. We signed an agreement and started cooperation, held a zoom meeting and created a business plan. We agreed on everything, and together with the accountant submitted an application.
Within 4 days, a letter came to the e-mail from Oschadbank to prepare a package of documents. Together we collected all the documents and prepared our client for the interview.
Everything went well, but we received a refusal from the Ministry of Economy because taxes of 1,347 UAH were unpaid and we did not have enough two points for approval.
Our client paid the debts and additionally planned to increase the grant amount to 10,000,000 UAH, where the state contribution was 8,000,000 UAH and her own contribution was 2,000,000 UAH. She planned to purchase a stew production line and additionally purchase autoclaves.
We changed the business plan and re-submitted the application. After submitting the application, bank managers contacted us again and requested a package of documents and arrived at the enterprise where the equipment would be located. Our client did well and passed the interview.
Within 3 weeks, a letter came from the Ministry of Economy stating that we had received a grant and that we needed to open a separate bank account and deposit our own funds.
After depositing our own funds, the grant funds arrived to our client within 3 weeks.
