Customer appeal

The client turned to our company for help in obtaining a grant for 250 thousand hryvnias under the “Own Business” program. Kyrylo lived in the city of Kyiv and planned to open a pet store and grooming salon in the Darnytskyi district.

The client had no business experience, but he attended a grooming school and received a diploma. We arranged a meeting in our office, where we explained everything in detail about the program and what needs to be done to receive a grant.

Stages of work

On November 6we met and signed the contract, Kyrylo quickly filled out the questionnaire and we got to work.

The client planned to purchase equipment (a table on a lift, a bathtub, a hair dryer stationary for animals, etc.) with grant funds and also planned to spend the money on renting a room.

We created a business plan and sent it to the client for approval. Kirill liked everything and we applied on November 15.

On Nov. 21 the client received a letter from the employment center inviting him to an interview on November 23.

We prepared the client for the interview so that he scored a large number of points. On December 12, a letter arrived that the application scored 183 points and was transferred to the second register.

On December 27 he received a letter from the employment center that the grant was approved and that an account should be opened at Oschadbank within 15 days. Kyrylo first opened a FOP, and only then went to the bank and opened an account.
