The design of the premises should be as simple as possible. If there are flights of stairs to provide access in the premises, a microlift or a ramp is installed.
The following business entities must provide a report on the availability of premises:

- Educational institutions.
- Medical institutions, pharmacies.
In the absence of a report on the availability of premises for groups with reduced mobility, the license may be revoked and the organization's work may be terminated.
