EU resident card
The EU resident card is a fairly popular document that people who plan to permanently reside in Europe want to obtain. This card allows third-country nationals to legally live and work in the territory of the EU country that issued the card. You can also travel to other EU countries, which provides many opportunities for a rich life, work and travel. If you are interested in obtaining such a card, you can contact Prikhodko & Partners Law Firm for advice and legal support of the procedure. We have experienced specialists who focus on migration law. Therefore, we can help you really efficiently and effectively.
What do you need to know about the EU resident card?
An EU resident card is issued for 5 years. Therefore, every 5 years you will need to reissue it for exchange. This card allows you to visit the Schengen countries, but the period of stay should not exceed 90 days within 180 days. If you need to stay in another EU country for a longer period, you will need to legalize it separately in that country.
