Military registration at an enterprise is a systematic work of collecting, storing and transmitting data on conscripts, military conscripts and reservists. According to Order № 1487, this process is mandatory for all legal entities, regardless of the form of ownership.

In practice, military registration is divided into personal (maintained directly at the enterprise) and personal-primary. Notification of responsible persons

Notification of change of employee credentials

According to paragraph 3, clause 46 of Order № 1487, for TCC in other cities this is done by sending two copies of extracts from the lists and copies of military registration documents.

Order № 1487: "In order to ensure control over the state of military records... state bodies, local governments, enterprises, institutions and organizations annually verify the data of personal military records with their registration documents."

• Military transport duty. The obligation to submit information is provided for by paragraph 15 of the Regulations on military transport duty, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 28.12.2000 № 1921.
